Fitness Champ
By downloading, installing, or using Fitness Champ (the "App"), published by RayMish, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, don't use the App.
RayMish grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the App.
The App has no account system and no cloud sync — workout plans, logged sets, activity history, and preferences are stored only on your device. See the Privacy Policy for the full breakdown of what the App reads and where it's stored. Because there's no server-side copy, RayMish cannot access, recover, or transfer this data on your behalf — back it up yourself if that matters to you, since uninstalling the App deletes it permanently.
Fitness Champ is a workout and activity tracker, not a medical device and not a substitute for professional medical advice. Talk to a physician before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have an existing health condition or injury.
Figures like calories burned, distance, and estimated one-rep max are approximations based on the data available (health-store readings, your logged sets, or stride estimates) and won't exactly match a clinical measurement. Exercising, including the strength exercises demonstrated in the App, carries an inherent risk of injury. You're responsible for performing exercises with proper form and within your own ability, and for stopping if something feels wrong.
Exercise names, target-muscle information, instructions, and demonstration images shown in the App are provided by third-party content sources and used under license. This content is provided for informational purposes and RayMish does not guarantee its completeness or accuracy for your specific situation.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. RayMish doesn't guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any health-store integration (Apple Health, Health Connect) will always be available or accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RayMish is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to injury sustained while exercising, or loss of data stored locally on your device.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated terms. The current version will always be posted at this address with a new effective date above.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. RayMish may discontinue or modify the App at any time.
